Russian Nights with a View of the Eiffel Tower
Now through the month of March, plunge into the ambiance of Muscovite nights on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with your hosts, the BClub by Café de l’Homme Paris staff.
Coco Coupérie-Eiffel and Christophe Bonnat dreamed of creating a club for dining, celebrating, and being entertained that captured the spirit of the legendary parties at La Cala.
Around authentic Russian flavours in dishes to be shared, the BClub, a heated crystal cocoon on the terrace of the Café de l’Homme, bordered by the Jardins du Trocadéro and sheltered by chestnut trees, offers a spectacular and breathtaking view of the Tower Eiffel with the glittering lights of all of Paris as a backdrop, buoyed by bewitching music from a trio of gypsy musicians.

Coco Couperie-Eiffel and Christophe Bonnat are more committed than ever to making the Café de l’Homme a place that embraces and expresses the world’s cultures. To this end, guests are taken on tangible journeys to experience mankind through art and culture across the five continents. The duo set out to design a gathering place that was lively, down-to-earth, joyous, friendly and magical! This winter, the restaurant, within its sumptuous historic site, offers a poetic presentation of the East, borne on the rhythm of violins, guitars and balalaika that will inspire singing, even dancing.

The BClub menu: Siberian tastes of the sea
The Café de l’Homme is serving a menu unlike any other in Paris – a selection of Stroganina and accompanying sauces to be shared.
Stroganina, a Siberian specialty, is a frozen-fish dish that is a unique experience for the palate. Though seasoned modestly with salt and fine-ground black pepper to preserve the flavours, cutting this fish requires special expertise and unwavering attention to detail.
Pour prolonger l’expérience, le Bclub proposera un Goloutsbsy à la française servi en cocotte, du The epicurean adventure continues with a French-style Goloubtsy casserole, with delicate King Crab meat merus. Plus, the chef will select the best shellfish from each catch of the day. For even more sensual, savoury pleasure, Joël Dupuch, the celebrated oyster farmer in the Bassin d’Arcachon, will prepare platters of the most exquisite and flavourful No. 3 Perles de l’Impératrice oysters from his beds.
