This summer, you’re going to love chilling beside the Jardins du Trocadéro with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower.
Café de l'Homme is opening the Terrace St-Germain for the season, offering DJ entertainment and serving elderflower cocktails and a special menu.
You can enjoy a variety of finger foods here, all crafted by our Chef Julien Thibault, with treats like Sanza raw milk burrata, bluefin tuna tataki, California rolls and Noir de Bigorre ham on the menu. For liquid refreshment, sample a St-Germain Spritz, a Parisian Daiquiri, a Grey Goose Le Grand Fizz or a St-Germain creation concocted especially by the Café de l'Homme.
It takes more than 1,000 elderflowers to make one extraordinary bottle of this subtle, delicate liqueur.
So sit back and relax and watch the Eiffel Tower as it lights up at nightfall.
The Terrace St-Germain opens for the season on Monday, 9 July, at 7:00 p.m.
