Um prato doce e fresco que \u00e9 r\u00e1pido de preparar. <\/p>\n<p><b>Renda de tamboril com vinagrete de coco e lim\u00e3o:  <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Serve 4 pessoas<\/p>\n<p>Preparo: 10 minutos Tempo de cozimento: 15 minutos<\/p>\n<p>N\u00edvel: muito f\u00e1cil<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 medalh\u00f5es <b>de tamboril<\/b>, 100 g cada<\/li>\n<li>4 alcachofras<\/li>\n<li>1 lim\u00e3o org\u00e2nico<\/li>\n<li>3 cl de leite de coco<\/li>\n<li>3 cl de azeite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>2 cl de vinho branco<\/li>\n<li>flor de sal, folhas de salada de sua escolha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u00e7a ao peixeiro para cortar os medalh\u00f5es de tamboril.<\/li>\n<li>Retire as primeiras folhas das alcachofras e corte-as em quartos. Em uma panela, coloque um fio de azeite de oliva e cozinhe as alcachofras por 5 minutos sem dourar. Adicione sal, vinho branco e 8 cl de \u00e1gua e cozinhe em fogo brando, coberto, por 10 minutos. <\/li>\n<li>Verifique com a ponta de uma faca se est\u00e1 cozido e, em seguida, escorra, reservando a \u00e1gua do cozimento. Em uma tigela, misture com o leite de coco, o suco de meio lim\u00e3o previamente raspado e o azeite de oliva. Deixe de lado.  <\/li>\n<li>Corte o tamboril em fatias finas, arrume-o em 4 pratos pequenos, adicione as alcachofras e tempere com o vinagrete de coco e lim\u00e3o.
