Harvested between early November and mid-December, this extra-virgin olive oil is pressed at the mill within 24 hours of picking, to preserve all the freshness and aromatic richness of the olives. Cold-extracted, it is obtained exclusively by mechanical means, guaranteeing impeccable quality and absolute purity.
Produced in France, in the heart of the Alpilles mountains, at Château d'Estoublon, this oil embodies the essence of the Baux-de-Provence terroir. Since 1489, the great Provencal varieties have been cultivated here with respect for sustainable agriculture and a deep commitment to nature.
On the palate, it reveals elegant notes of artichoke and hazelnut, supported by a beautiful bitterness and a hint of spiciness characteristic of oils with character. An expressive, balanced and authentic oil, ideal for sublimating refined cuisine.

We had the Eiffel package which allowed us to have a front row table with a magnificent view of the tower for the entire night. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Champagne was unlimited too and we finished more than one bottle! Sante🥂

Le Café de l’Homme, situé sur la place du Trocadéro à Paris, est un lieu idéal pour vivre des moments inoubliables face à la Tour Eiffel. Le 14 juillet, j’ai eu le plaisir d’y passer une soirée mémorable, avec un service impeccable et des plats exquis, notamment grâce au chef exécutif Wilfried Graux. Grand bravo à Greg et Nader pour le service et leur accueil chaleureux. Au top !La vue spectaculaire sur le feu d’artifice depuis la terrasse a rendu l’expérience encore plus magique. Ce restaurant est parfait pour les dîners romantiques, les événements spéciaux et les célébrations. Je recommande vivement cette expérience unique et raffinée. Un grand merci à Chris également qui est un patron incroyable ! On se sent comme à la maison, en sécurité et très respecteux de tout.
