Taste of Paris: Chef Wilfried Graux showcases the cuisine

On Saturday, May 23, Chef Wilfried Graux led a masterclass at the Taste of Paris festival at the Grand Palais.
Accompanied by two colleagues, he demonstrated live one of Café de l’Homme’s signature recipes: Pithiviers made with duck breast and Landes foie gras, served with a red wine duck jus.

Masterclass by Chef Wilfried Graux at the Taste of Paris Fair

Through this demonstration, Wilfried Graux shared his vision of cuisine that is both authentic and precise. This thoughtful approach is evident in several of Café de l’Homme’s signature dishes, such as beef tataki with 11 herbs, smoked duck wrapped in cigar leaves, and truffle-flavored coquillettes. These creations reflect his penchant for cuisine with character.

Sharing the joy of dining through authentic cuisine

Committed to passing on his craft, Wilfried Graux also strives to foster a spirit of loyalty and trust in the kitchen. He is supported by a dedicated team that has worked alongside him for several years, all sharing the same pursuit of perfection.
His presence at Taste of Paris thus showcases the culinary world he has created at Café de l’Homme: a cuisine designed to make the ingredients and the joy of dining the cornerstones of the experience.
