In the heart of the Grand Palais Éphémère, opposite the Eiffel tower, the greatest names in gastronomy gathered to celebrate the culinary arts at the 2025 edition of Taste of Paris – held from May 8 to 11. Café de l’Homme, a Parisian institution nestled in the jewel box of the Palais de Chaillot, shone in the spotlight thanks to the inspired presence of its chef, Wilfried Graux. With each creation, the Chef translated the very essence of the house during his Masterclass: a cuisine of emotion, seasonality and sharing, sublimated by the exceptional quality of the products. His contemporary interpretation of French terroir, punctuated by daring touches, seduced the most demanding palates, confirming Café de l’Homme’s place among the capital’s most coveted tables. On Saturday, May 10 at 7:45pm, Chef Wilfried Graux presented his crunchy tartelette of wild sea bream, lacquered with citrus caramel infused with Sarawak pepper, accompanied by sweet potato-orange ice cream and a confit of Buddha’s hand. The embodiment of French art de vivre
