Refined cuisine, combining local produce and creativity

Under the direction of Chef Wilfried Graux, the menu at Café de l’Homme celebrates the nobility of the ingredients.
The dishes tell a story of seasonality, balance, and pleasure.
Each dish is designed as a composition: silky textures, intense juices, bold but perfectly balanced combinations.

A gourmet lunch at Café de l’Homme is a sensory exploration:

  • Light and elegant starters showcasing seasonal produce: mushroom soup, Touraine snails, or Simmental beef fillet.
  • Signature dishes where technical mastery meets contemporary inspiration: pithiviers of duck breast and Landes foie gras or, from the sea, line-caught meagre.
  • Light desserts created by pastry chef Tanguy Tribet, true works of art where the visual aspect dialogues with the flavor, such as lemon meringue pie or fig “Lova.”

All accompanied by a selection of French and international wines from our cellar. Deep reds from Burgundy, delicate whites from the Loire Valley, grands crus from Bordeaux, Champagnes from prestigious houses or confidential vintages from independent winegrowers: each wine has been chosen for its personality and its harmony with the Chef’s cuisine.
