Facing the Eiffel Tower, the experience takes on an even more special dimension when lunches stretch out in the sun and dinners are enjoyed on the terrace. This season, Chef Wilfried Graux and his team are showcasing freshness, delicacy, and indulgence in creations that fully celebrate the flavors of spring.

A menu inspired by the season

The new menu at Café de l’Homme is inspired by springtime. It features fresh vegetables, light textures, seafood, citrus notes, and generous dishes to share.

Each recipe has been designed to offer a balance between finesse, modernity, and pleasure. Through this new selection, the kitchen expresses its expertise with elegant, colorful, and decidedly seasonal compositions.

Among the creations to discover, certain dishes are already establishing themselves as must-haves.

As a starter, the olive oil-cured cuttlefish with lettuce hearts, cucumber, piquillo peppers, and blood orange opens the meal with freshness and subtlety. A delicate composition, full of depth, which immediately evokes sunny days.

For the main course, seared Madagascan prawns, Carnaroli risotto with Parmesan cheese, and crab bisque offer a generous and refined combination. A gourmet dish, precise and elegant, which perfectly captures the spirit of this new menu.

For those who love sharing a fine cut, the 30-day aged Black Pearl rib of beef promises a convivial and flavorful experience, ideal for a lunch on the terrace or a dinner overlooking Paris.

Finally, the frozen nougat, Genoa cake, and honey flower siphon conclude the experience on a sweet, light, and floral note, perfectly in tune with the season.
