Café de l’Homme welcomes you to a legendary Parisian heritage site, nestled in the heart of the Palais de Chaillot, facing the majestic Eiffel Tower.
Here, French gastronomy is experienced as an emotion, a dialogue between history and the present.
Under the direction of Chef Wilfried Graux, the evening of December 31, 2025, becomes a true culinary masterpiece, where each dish celebrates
the excellence of French products—foie gras from the Landes region, scallops, wagyu beef, caviar, truffles—enhanced by precise techniques that respect the flavors and terroir.
Each course is designed to be a celebration of pleasure: champagne upon arrival, soft lighting, elegant music, and that iconic view of Paris illuminated, symbolizing a way of life that is the envy of the world.
Finally, Pastry Chef Tanguy Tribet creates a signature dessert, combining technique and poetry, a nod to the festive spirit of New Year’s Eve.
A moment suspended between mastery and emotion, to celebrate the birth of 2026 in the most beautiful setting in the world.

Chef Wilfried Graux and his team have created a refined gourmet menu celebrating the finest French produce in a cozy and festive setting. Each dish is a combination of expertise and precision, each moment an echo of eternal Paris.
A dinner designed for those who wish to prolong the magic of New Year’s Eve in the capital: after this culinary experience, head to the Champs-Élysées, the Place de l’Étoile, or the Arc de Triomphe to admire the fireworks and thrill to the countdown to 2026.

Starting at 9:15 p.m.

When Paris lights up, Café de l’Homme becomes its beating heart.
Under the gaze of the Eiffel Tower, Café de l’Homme celebrates New Year’s Eve in a setting steeped in history and universality.
A festive meal created by Wilfried Graux, accompanied by Tanguy Tribet’s poetic desserts, pays tribute to French gastronomy in all its splendor.
At midnight, the city lights up, glasses are raised, and Paris is yours.

Our chef Wilfried Graux has created an exceptional menu for New Year’s Eve at Café de l’Homme.
Available during both services, this prestigious dinner showcases exceptional ingredients: lobster, crab, foie gras, Wagyu beef, bottarga, and scallops.
To conclude this culinary experience, pastry chef Tanguy Tribet unveils his signature creation, the chocolate–flavored Lova, an elegant sweet treat to celebrate the New Year at Café de l’Homme.

Absolutely! From 11:30 p.m., Café de l’Homme opens the doors to its garden terrace for an exclusive third service.
In an elegant and festive atmosphere, you can enjoy a drink facing the Eiffel Tower and ring in the New Year in a unique setting in the heart of the Trocadéro.

Both New Year’s Eve services at Café de l’Homme include a glass of champagne to celebrate the arrival of the new year.
Wines are not included and are available at an additional cost, allowing you to select the vintages that will enhance your dining experience overlooking the Eiffel tower.

Children are welcome during the first service on New Year’s Eve at Café de l’Homme.
They can enjoy the same gourmet menu as the adults, specially adapted to allow them to fully share this exceptional experience facing the Eiffel Tower.
The price is the same as for adults.

Our establishment does not offer Halal or Kosher dishes, even for New Year’s Eve.

During New Year’s Eve dinner at Café de l’Homme, every table offers an exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower.
Enjoy a unique panorama of Paris as you admire the New Year’s Eve light show in a setting that is both refined and unforgettable.

As midnight strikes in front of the Eiffel Tower, a DJ will entertain guests to enhance this unique experience at Café de l’Homme.

Families with children are warmly welcomed during the first seating on New Year’s Eve at Café de l’Homme.
The second seating, designed as an elegant and exclusive evening until the stroke of midnight, is reserved for adult guests.

The restaurant requires smart, elegant attire. Please refrain from wearing casual clothing (shorts, sportswear, caps, and open-toed shoes for men).

Please note that the establishment reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the dress code.

Seating for New Year’s Eve dinner at Café de l’Homme is on a first-come, first-served basis.
No specific table choices are available in order to ensure a harmonious experience for all guests.

Yes, Café de l’Homme will be open on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at noon.
You can enjoy an exceptional lunch with our Eiffel, Diamond, or À la Carte experiences.

For groups of 7 to 12 people, please contact the restaurant via the online form or by email: reservation@cafedelhomme.com. You can also book the group experience directly via our website.

Reservations for New Year’s Eve dinner at Café de l’Homme require full payment in advance.
Payment of 100% of the amount is made by bank transfer to confirm your table for this exclusive evening.

Reservations for New Year’s Eve at Café de l’Homme can be canceled up to 30 days in advance for a full refund.
Between 30 and 15 days in advance, a 50% refund will be given, and no refunds will be given after that date.
